Shipping and handling charges are calculated by weight, destination, and item type. Add any items you are thinking of buying to your shopping cart. When viewing your shopping cart, select your state. The page will reload and the shipping charge will be shown.

What are your shipping methods? (Back to top)
Orders 3 pounds and under to the US ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over 3 pounds ship via UPS ground. All orders outside of the US ship via USPS Global Priority.
Priority mail generally takes 1-5 business days while UPS Ground generally takes 1-6 business days to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, or International orders may take longer.
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. If you live in another country and want to order, please contact us at orders@strickwear.com and we will investigate shipping to your country.

We do not accept returns on any item bought unless we made a mistake. If we goof, and ship the wrong kit, size, and/or color of what you ordered, send back the item along with your invoice. Please state whether you would like a refund, credit, or the item you should have received.

No. We only accept money orders and credit cards or debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.

How do you keep my personal information safe when I transmit it? (Back to top)
We use the industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal data. Your computer creates a session key to scramble the data being sent. The only key that can decode the data is kept securely on the server. If someone were to intercept the data, it would be indecipherable and the only way to break the code would be to sequentially try every possible key. With approximately 340,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 possible keys even the fastest supercomputers would take billions of years to find the right key!
In addition, we do not store your credit card number on our server.

What if I still don't want to use my credit card over the internet? (Back to top)
You can send us a money order. When you go through checkout, select your payment as "Pay by money order" and print two copies of the order form, one for your records and one to send with your payment.
Please be aware that it could take several business days to receive your money order through the mail. As soon as we receive your money order we will ship your order.

What if an item is out of stock? (Back to top)
Usually the system will not let you buy an item if it is out of stock. If your purchase goes through but the item is indeed not in stock, we will contact you. You may elect to have any in-stock item shipped, or wait to have your entire order shipped when all items are available. Your credit card will be charged only for items that have been shipped.
